 ====Chapter 2 Night ride====
-The force of the acceleration was unreal, Robert forced back into his seat as Delta let loose the power of her ride. Watching the world fly by, the music cranked up to high, on the train it was calm and kinda sad, here it was a rush, a trip of excitement and joy he couldn’t wipe the smile off his face as the speedo climbed. Delta was having just as much fun, Foot to the floor only letting off briefly to force the clutch in and slam the next gear into place before undoing her pedal movements and the roar of the engine started its pitch journey again. 3rd, 4th, then 5th. Everything was flying past them unable to catch them only thing that mattered right now was holding the steering wheel steady and keeping the empty road in front. 6th gear, 7th gear. The world was a blur of light as Robert’s senses were swallowed by speed and music. only thing keeping time was the beat, Everything seemed to vanish for Robert. All his worries and thoughts left behind in a storm of horsepower with no hope of catching back up as they charged towards the city. \\

 The roads from city limits were often wide and very empty especially at this time of night. The perfect place to let loose. No cameras, no law. Just tarmac and torque. \\ The car’s voice snapped Robert out of his daydreaming  “Approaching city entrance, might want to slow down Delta.” \\ “Jeez already?” Delta let off the accelerator, letting Remi slow down naturally, flicking it into neutral and enjoying a bit of silent cruising. \\ “So.. Robert, Whats your story? People don’t often come to Recter city by choice.” Robert lowered his gaze from the city to his arm, He thought about it a bit, trying to best word it without spilling all his secrets. He had a habit of letting pretty girls know more then they should. \\

 Delta’s positive vibe was squashed as the road officially entered the city, passing by towers of glass and metal stretching high into the sky. Like ants they were passing below still giants, still but ever watching. Every building is plastered with colour meant to appeal and please, adds telling you to live longer for less, who to vote for, what’s bad what’s good, how things should be. They seem nice and inviting but make no mistake they are made for one reason only, to control.
-Entering the actual city quickly increased the amount of vehicles on the road and sky. Delta slowed down further to the correct speed for the enforcement and turned the music down, chuckling Remi back into gear.

Delta straightened her course on the road before locking Remi back into gear waking up the engine with a wine of the turbochargers. \\ “Remi activate street mode, we don’t want another noise fine.” \\  The electronic voice responding instantly with a few beeps, The noise from the engine almost completely disappeared, Robert could have sworn it had been switched it completely off, his surprise was answered as Delta spoke up. \\ “Yea, law can be pretty picky about what is a problem and what isn’t. I got fined a few times before I found it easier just to conform, if it’s something simple it’s better to just obey. That’s how the city works.” Robert nodded, understanding. It was similar back home. Drugs, rape, murder, as long as it didn’t involve anyone important it was normally forgotten about. But park in the wrong spot or don’t display your licences when asked ended you in hot water pretty quickly. \\ “Dose this place have a pay divide too? You know, poor live down in the slums, rich up the top?” \\ Delta let out a loud HA before answering “well of course but I know were you are going with that....yea law is less important the further away from the money you go.” \\ The car turned off the left exit as the road started to descend closer to city ground level.  \\ “Alright so we are heading to your new home for the forceable future, I am guessing not a lot was told to you in the job offer?” \\ Robert shook his head “Pretty much nothing to be honest. Thinking about the choice it seems more and more stupid.” \\ Delta gripped his leg for reassurance, keeping her eyes on the road. “Don’t beat yourself up and definitely do not second guess or regret your decisions. You just gotta keep going forward, Alright?” \\ He Nodded “Y yea I guess”.
-“Welcome to Recter City” Delta chimed.
-The drive was alot less stimulating and the music seemed to reflect that as the BpS decreases and Delta drove smoothly.
+Delta drove them down into what seemed to be the belly of the city. Ground floor were the giants started their assent into the sky above. Looking up felt like the towers were warping over you, ready to swallow everything whole in cold metal and blinding colour. \\ Robert got to see a familiar sight with regular suberbian streets. People walking around, shops, bars, alleys it was all here. The car slowed down to a snail’s pace compared to earlier, many onlookers giving Delta and Remi stares and call outs.  \\ “Your quite popular it seems.” Robert teased a bit. She scoffed at the comment \\ “Being a women is so hard. But i’d Be lying if I didn’t enjoy the attention a little.” She shot Robert a cheeky smile that was returned by a raised eyebrow. \\

+They spent the next hour at least looking around this section of city. Delta showed Robert some of her favourite hang out points. Some good bars, Hotels and more importantly part spots, places to buy repair parts, weapons, gadgets and even some well known mod mechanics. It was definitely the same but different. Things seemed much bigger here. Bars were bigger, cars were fancier. And the people were far more unique
