The [[faction:promise|Promised Archipelago]] is a collection of islands in all sizes out in the middle of the north ocean. Equally as far from each of the major continents its a rather untamed land full of strange and rather lawless culture. The Islands are full of all kinds of people from [[culture:Goblin|Goblins]], [[culture:yuanti|Yuan-Ti]], [[culture:Tortle]] and more sorts of uncommon species. \\
The Archipelago has a few places that have been colonized but a majority of the nation remains unmapped. There are only a few reasons you would take the long boat ride to a place so remote. \\
Perhaps your looking for money? such a raw nation is fill of mysteries, resources, dungeons and opportunities to find. Even general work here pays far more than most others. Or perhaps you are running from something? most don't have the time, resources or the general enthusiasm to chase someone way out to the //Promised Archipelago//, Many people here have burned all their bridges in life and now only these islands offer a place to be. A Place to start fresh one last time. Or perhaps your looking for the thrill of new adventure! such untamed land is rife with excitement, monsters, dungeons, ancient ruins and who knows what else. a place yet to be properly mapped, Its music to some brave daring adventure's ears. \\
Any reason you may have come to the //Archipelago// there is a common reason you have made this journey personally. There have been words that a group of [[culture:BloodHunter]] have gone rouge and causing major issues for the islands, disrupting cargo routes, traders and upsetting the already delicate society where the roots are still young. \\
You have been offered a large sum to put a stop to these rouges by any means necessary. So far away from any government's jurisdiction you are free to solve the problem as you see fit. You only need to bring back proof for payment.

Like many D&D campaigns, the Promised Archipelago fizzled out only a few sessions into the game. There is no one reason why this happens and nobody is to blame for it happening. However Sam didn't want this campaign to be left as it was and has been slowly writing a story based around the beginning plot and some notes left by the DM for the original campaign. \\
The Story holds [[character:Ravi]] as the main character and follows the four characters through the adventure how best Sam would have seen it happening from this new angel. You can read the story here [[story:ravi_promise|Ravi's Promise, The Promised Archipelago]].

A Dwarven man from the nation of [[faction:Uthasil]]. Over a century old but still young by dwarven standards Fergus has been adventuring for a few decades. Reaching the new nation of [[faction:Promise]] was just another step along his journey, He Never thought it would become such a major event. But when there is trouble afoot Fergus cannot help but led his aid. Making fast friends with the rest of the party a simple sight seeing trip has turned into an exciting story that he is happy to be apart of.

Soft spoken and full of adventuring spirit. Vivacious or 'Vic' as most know him, Is a Tiefling on a journey to not only see the world but find himself. His origins surrounded in mystery. Waking up a few years ago with no memory of his life before, covered in strange markings with unknown meaning. Though he has come to some acceptance of this, rather than chasing his past he looks to the now and his future, But of course some part of him will always want to know who he was before. A Wizard of talent he is studying the arcane arts along with exploring the world, joining the party was half is choice and half the choice of Fergus.

A woman with blazing red hair and animal features. You could easily confuse her for a //Tabaxi// however she has eluded to er party being something more malicious. Ravi is not here by choice. A Deal that helped her escape captivity with [[character:narkul|Lich Narkul]] is now a dept that she is paying back with this job. The most experienced out of the small party however not much of a leader. Finding the party has been a relief for her, friendly faces are her blessing during this tie of her life. She is out to stop the rouge Bloodhunters and kill their leader, bringing his head back will satisfy her dept and she can be free once again. Tagging along her ever faithful companion Remington.
