Like many D&D campaigns, the Promised Archipelago fizzled out only a few sessions into the game. There is no one reason why this happens and nobody is to blame for it happening. However Sam didn't want this campaign to be left as it was and has been slowly writing a story based around the beginning plot and some notes left by the DM for the original campaign.
