He was blown up by a fireball from [[character:teostra|Teo]] and a [[item:wand_of_fireballs|Sentient Wand of Fireballs]] and pierced by a javelin from [[character:Ironhide|Ironhide]] on the 2nd Wednesday of Lowsun 2335 while trying to attach the hand to himself in the Far Realm
