====Introduction====
//We, are, Rathal//

Not one but many single cell beings coagulated into a hive mine creature known as Rathal.

The wars of old lay open mass graves of Warforged, discarded when their usefulness in Combat was spent. twisted beings, hundreds upon thousands. their hatered fueled the fungus that would sprout and grow through the bodies of the Warforged. There, Few rose, Undead Warforged but they were never truly alive to begin with.

One of these Creatures is known today as //Rathal Yamagori// A Myconoid with the durability to live on the surface.

His sword [[item:kamori_gachi|Kamori-Gachi]] stained red from countless taken souls, it brings him pleasure to draw it against any foe, a reminder of what's to come and an omen of the end. \\ 
The blade is stored within his body, Plunging his hands inside his chest to rip the blade from its flesh. and sheathing the blade by swallowing it down his maw.

There is little reason within Rathal, Running on raw emotions and only seemingly getting enjoyment from the suffering of others. Yet there is plenty of evidence that he does infact have inner thoughts and acts as a mortal, If an unhinged one. \\
He has been witnessed to be whistling tunes to the wind. Sitting by trees and rivers seemingly in meditation. Weather they be twisted personal rituals to satiate his desires or signs of buried humanity is unclear.

Though the stories say otherwise Rathal is more like a walking deadly sea urchin rather that a ruthless tornado. Only ever seen reacting rather than initiating. That may be due to many eye witnesses ending up dead so the stories are unclear and unreliable at best. \\ But there are confirmed reports of him rather violently asking for information in local Inns and no deaths reported.

The Warforged of old seem to have its limits, As Rathal's body begins to fail they head out in search of a new age Warforged said to be crafted of Clay and Gemstone. The last known location was holy ground called [[location:great_forge_temple|The Great Forge Temple]]. \\
Rathal begins his unyielding march towards the borderlands of [[region:ashlem_rise|Ashlem Rise]]. to claim the empty shell and stain the temple with the blood of its worshipers.

**Nationality** \\
It is currently unknown where Rathal originates from, The lore of Warforged being clouded and incomplete within current historical text. [[item:codices|The Codex Automata]] written by the great Wizard Huang Fei thousands of years ago mentions the first Warforged and the great battles they were fighting in. What became of these Warforged is unknown. \\
Rathal was a Warforged buried in mass graves after their usefulness was spent. The country Rathal was buried in was not the same one when they awoke. Clarifying the countries name had changed. where these graves were located is still a mystery as lore has not recorded where //Huang Fei's// dynasty was located.

The long lineage is mostly lost but highly likely still exists.
