The body was never found after the slaughter at Thorn Castle. now we know it fell into the clutches of the Hourglass coven. Using their twisted magic they warped the Princes memories and stole his likeness, giving a new one to his soul. This process gave him his sorcerer powers. \\ At the end he was the prince no more but a soldier named Roviro, at least that's what he believed. the soul of the prince had been re-written wit Roviro's essence. He was only a test dummy, to see if such a thing was possible, and it was. the Petal Dragon saw through all the trickery, able to see his soul and its true nature, revealing the truth tough it was hard to believe. ==== Introduction ==== Roviro is a [[culture:seelie]] Soldier of the [[faction:thorn_throne|Thorn Throne]]. Fiercely loyal to the Royal bloodline and avid follower of the flag despite the nations rapid destabilisation threating to dissolve the nation entirely. Like many //Fey// Roviro is a bit of and Odd ball. at times he would seem to want nothing more than to brew his Ale and watch the seasons change with his cats. Yet other times he seems to be a true patriot with his sense of honour and combat prowess on full display. As if he cannot make up his mind on what to follow. Like any //Fairy// Roviro is a small humanoid with brilliant delicate insect like wings. His twin sister has been the closest family Roviro has known. With no memories of their parents and many of his extended family displaced or hard to find its just been Roviro and his sister for the longest time. \\ Though those cousins and uncles he does find occasionally act like they only met yesterday. **Roviro's Sister** \\ NAME is even more of an odd //Fairy// that her brother. Though much more obvious that she is naïve and crazy, Never have grown out of childish behaviour only maturing in the pranks she would pull. Now most //Fey// enjoy being tricksters, playing pranks that go way too far but it seems there is a limit to the tolerance of //Fey// as NAME found it quickly. \\ Things only got worse in the //Thorn Throne//. With rules and expectations NAME was confined to the house most days while Roviro was working in the Army. But e would spend alot of time going on travels with NAME so she wasn't cooped up inside for weeks. Things got better when she found a new passion for cooking. Able to channel and experiment her crazy ways into creations was a great way for her to develop and learn first hand what actions she should and should not do in a public setting. This didn't last long though as the [[time:floral_thorn|Floral Thorn War]] began. =====History===== Roviro, A Fairy soldier during the [[time:floral_thorn|Floral Thorn War]]. He fought in the war since its beginning and never believed the rumours of the Prince and Princess turning traitor. \\ In the last years of the war, During a major assault on the [[town:jardinscapital|Jardin's Capital]] walls, Roviro was captured by [[faction:Jardins]] troops and imprisoned. \\ We wasn't a prisoner for long as he was traded to the **Hag of Gift Tower, Evelyn** in exchange for something he would never know. In the [[culture:Hag|Hag's]] lair, Roviro like many others was at the mercy of **Evelyn's** games. Prisoners were experimented on or forced into Plays or games for the //Hag's// amusement. Twisted games, unending plays and inhuman experiments meant prisoners would often disappear and not come back. or just go Mad. \\ But Roviro was strong. He had a nation to save and cats to feed, Exposed to the horrors of the [[planes:astral|Astral Sea]] and it was there that something looked back. \\ Roviro is still not sure how or why it happened. A great presence filled his mind with unyielding force, speaking words he did not know but could understand, His mind and soul was warped and remoulded against his will. Most of that event is lost in his memory but after he regained concinos he was outside the Hag's lair in a pile of stone bodies. he had been thrown out with the dead, But he was alive. Roviro would take this opportunity to fly, as far and as fast as he could, He had gained new power but not yet a wear of it. simply focused on returning home. \\ But there was nothing to return too. The War was lost and his home nation lay in ruins. His sister no where to be seen and the King lay dead at his throne. The Prince and Princess no where to be found but rumours were they were killed, captured, fled or worse, turned traitor. \\ Not only that but his sister was nowhere to be found. Roviro would not let this devastating lost get him down though as he would begin his own personal quest to restore his homeland, and first thing to do was to find the missing royalty. ==== Death ==== ---- //I managed to escape and started on my solo quest to find the princess despite all the stories of how the princess went mad, and turned against her own people. My character remains loyal and wishes to find her. So that he can understand why his princess did what she did. So that he can revive the nation with her as the new queen.// My character searched most of the feywilds with no clue on her whereabouts, so somewhere along the lines he thought he should search outside the feywilds. Due to how the Jardins executed his fellow soldiers by teleporting them outside the feywilds. In order to do so, my character puts aside his insignia and anything related to Thorn Throne’s nation. So that he can infiltrate Jardin and discover the secret to their teleportation methods for their executions. Personality will be mostly serious.
