+Beast-Men is what they were called in early recorder history. Mistaken as a lycanthrope or ‘sasquache’, In Felwind BugBears were hunted by many early societies. As they only lived in very small groups or even smaller families. Easier to pick off than a whole tribe of Orcs or Goblins.
+Their Population in Felwind has never really recovered, very rare to find one walking around amongst others but they are officially recognised as citizens.
+Their heritage links back to the [[planes:Feywild]] where it seems Goblins evolved in the strange chaotic lands to becomes more beast and brutish. It was heavily debated for the longest time due to the vast differences between a Goblin and a Bugbear but archeological work as well as culture observation all but confirm it. Despite their drastic Physical differences both Goblin and BugBear share many culture similarities with tools, trap and home building. Bonds of family love and loyalty.
