+These creatures are never naturally born. Sethos or more commonly recognised as Medusa are mortals who have suffered a serpent's curse weather via dark ritual, special Yuan-Ti poisons or other ill events the resulting creature is normally a a humanoid with a snake body replacing its legs and serpents sprouting from the head in place of hair. \\ Reversing the curse is a tall task and many Sethos may go mad before they are able to return to normal, or fall into a more savage and hostile frame of mind during isolation.
