 +====Hierarchy====

 +Hierarchy is based on Skill and seniority. Most of the "Leaders" so to speak are among the first Hunters.

 +**Old Hunter** \\
 +Highest Rank obtainable in the hierarchy of Hunters. Normally only a limited number of this position is allowed but the numbers can fluctuate slightly. There is normally 1 to 3 Old hunters per pack.

 +**Major Hunter** \\ Highest rank a Hunter can reach on skill and discipline alone. Hunters of this rank are normally the faces of the Blood Hunters. Stories of their feats and praise often make their way through packs and common folk alike. \\ Major Hunters are so highly regarded that lower class may listen to their orders over the Old hunters.

 +Your Standard Hunter Rank. These hunters have proven themselves and now are left to their own strategies. This class is often the ones teaching the less experienced hunters.

 +A hunter who has survived the monsters and //Bloodtoll// for about a year or more. to become Adept most of the time you must have taken down a few marks without any help or interference. If a higher rank deems the Hunt a success and done with competence then the Hunter receives the Adept rank. They still have more to learn but are ready to start facing marks solo.

 +A hunter who has gotten past the probation period. seemingly accepting the Blood's twisted power without their body or soul rejecting it. These hunters are seen with a more experienced Hunter and not left to their own Marks just yet. Still out in the field learning the Hunter's trade by hand.

 +A brand new hunter. a day up to a month or two old. Haven't done much hunting mostly just on watch training and Studying. more experienced hunters keeping an eye on them to see if they survive or are taken by the Blood's Madness.

 +Slayers are the title given to people who devote their life to the hunt and study of creatures deemed too dangerous for your typical hunter. \\ Creatures of magic or curse, Aberrations or Dragons, Some of the most dangerous creatures to walk the planes of existence thats what a Slayer hunts.

 +It is true that many Slayers hone their skills and magic with training under one of the few //Blood Hunter// packs, But not every Slayer is a Blood Hunter. \\
 +There are those among the packs that have not given themselves to the //Cursed Blood// that defines a Blood Hunter and their strengths. These Slayers are humbly learning the experience and technique requires to hunt foes beyond the realm or normality.

 +As the monsters of the night became more and more dangerous mortals had to push further and further for more strength. So came about a rather Taboo line of power involving the twisted studies of life essence or as most call it Blood. \\ Tapping into power gained from Blood was far from easy and equally as dangerous. Blood is used in many mediums for spells, pacts, sacrifice and rituals so it was obvious it had power but for a mortal to harness it as their own? how was that to be done?

 +The first Blood-Hunter known as //Mercer// is known by most Hunters.

 +Hunters today normally belong to one of three different "packs" depending on their line of marks, Lycan Hunters, Mutagen Hunters and Specter Hunters. \\
 +Mutagen Hunters being the most common.

 +Hunters have a high reputation for tackling tough monsters that normal steel and sweat won't bring down. Often hired by remote towns or aristocrats when the normal city guard has failed. \\
 +Most Hunters work alone, Uncommonly in small groups of two or three. They travel around offering their service wherever the gold is available. Blood Hunter's never work for free and will always ask for payment upfront but are fiercely loyal to the job. once a job has been agreed upon and a Hunter has accepted payment they will complete the task. some even dying for it.

 +Blood Hunters were a lot more common before the //Ashlem war//. They came when //Mor-Thir// was colonised hundreds of years ago and up until the end of the //Ashlem war// were known by most. However with the outlawed races, Hunters sharing similar traits were decommissioned or expunged from most official sources.

 +==== Blood-Hunter Pack: Vanahern ====

 +The Vanahern Pack is known for their hunters who willingly give themselves to Lycanthropy, Either through ritual or rarer through birth. Those born with the curse are known to have it permmently as its grafted to the soul. some seek isolation while others seek a cure. The small amount that look to embrace it often find their way into the Vanahern Pack.

 +The //Ashlem war// expunge hit Vanahern the hardest due to their wear beast inheritance. They were either killed or Exiled off Mor-Thir. Those that remained only did so by laying low. Today there are between 10-15 known members Spread out across //Felwind// But home will always be the Promised Archipelago.

 +A common misconception of these hunters is that they are all Werewolves. Where in fact they could be a variety of wear beasts such as bears, Tigers and even some rare exotic beasts. Most fall into some class of Mamal.

 +Illiard was one of Vanahern's top hunters. Ready to be promoted to //Major Hunter// But something happened during his last official mission and he went rouge killing his two partners. now hiding out in //Promise// Causing problems for both Vanahern and the local goverments. \\
 +A separate faction by the name of //Blacklist// that operates in Promise has recently deployed a Blood Hunter of their own to end Illiard's life.

 +Felnass was a hunter of the Vanahern pack. A promising Adept Hunter. But somehow Illiard's words twisted his loyalty and he went rouge soon after. He was reported to be attacking Vanahern members as well as islander settlements under the guise of Vanahern to ruin relations between the Archipelago's people and Hunters. \\
 +**Death:** A female hunter of the Vein Pack chased Felnass down and in a bitter battle slayed the Wear-tiger Hunter.

 +====Blood-Hunter pack: Vein====

 +The Vein Pack is known for their Mutagen Hunters, Hunters who make nightmarish mixtures to heighten their skills. They are the most common Blood-Hunter and the most well known. Some only know of Blood Hunters as the Mutagen variant, Being ignorant of the other two styles.

 +Hunter Pack Vein was called into action during the Ashlem war, When the demonic gates opend Oxtrad put a call for aid directly to the Pack. 
 +Hired as Hunters of some of the most vile and monstrous of Demons to come out of the portal. \\ However after the Portal was closed the Hunters were tricked into hunting down the now outlawed races being told that these creatures were part of the demonic plague. \\ The leaders only learned too late and the Conglogermant moved to purge the hunters soon after. Those that survived fled into the deepest parts of Harburs Forrest, Dishonored and broken they were thought to have withered away into nothing.

What remains of Vein is located in the southern forests of Covania with many small groups constantly on the move throughout Mor-Thir and Ostrov

 +<del>**Decota**</del> \\ Start Date: ??? \\ Death Date: Post Ashlem War \\
 +A Senior Class Hunter who was Ravi's master during her time with the Blood Hunters. Ravi went down the path of a Vanahern Hunter but Decota kept her in Vein so they would not be seperated. \\ He perished during the purged at the end of the Ashlem War leaving Ravi alone once again. \\ Decota left a letter to Ravi before leaving, Explaining that he thinks he should have never taken her as his own, This life was not something she deserved. Ravi took Decota's name as her family name due to her not having one of her own.

She didn't just train with the hunters but lived them. her childhood was drenched in blood and hunts and it twisted her sadness into hatred, eventually she splintered off on her own after her master was killed. The elders think this was the best thing for her, Hunters paths are dark and full of the negative but Ravi has her own demons to conquer and being in that atmosphere was not helping at all.

 +The Solace Hunter pack is known for their specter Hunters, Hunters with special skills to be the predator of Spirits, Ghosts and other ethereal beings. Being able to step between planes and strike through them make them the perfect hunters for ghost problems.
