While the contract holds, you can’t use the spell slot or Mystic Arcanum feature you used to cast this spell, as the magical energy you would expend each day is delivered to your target instead. The spell slot isn’t regained until the terms of the contract have been fulfilled. \\ Choose one of the following terms to require of your target, or decide on a similarly clear term:
