A fishing rod of wonderful design. The rod itself seems to be carved from bone that has dulled its white over many years. There is no line on this rod and any line that's added to it will snap under the smallest amount of tension. 
When used by someone proficient with fishing an ethereal line appears as the rod is cast. the line's strength directly tied to the users willpower (Wisdom).

The line disappears when not in use and if its removed it simply vanishes.
