Most buildings are private villa’s for the high end employees while others such as the Inn are public places for guests and employees to relax outside the air of smutty atmosphere. Despite its physical location being in Uthasili they have set up many teleportation locations all over Felwind. Thise with Member’s passes may simply approach any of the marked Red-Wood doors normally located in capital cities and be transported to the Cardinal Lounge estate.

Thier location in //Covania// as recetly been removed thanks to the efforts of a rival criminal organisation.
