An island just off the west coast of Thither that is entirely occupied by Orcs. Many Fey fear to approch the island.
The communities of Orc that live on this island hold different and unexpected customs to their kin in the mortal plain. Music and Honour are highly valued here as well as the typical strength in combat.

The Orcs of Jira-arif wear masks in public at all times. its seen as great dishonour to be seen in public without your mask.
