A Well known phenomenon throughout the realms. A Carnival of whimsy, fun and games. Run by a duo known as Mr Witch and Mr Light.

The Carnival is held in the Mortal Realm once every 7 years. However It is known to be found in other realms. Their was a brief time where it was held in the //Feywild// due to not being ale to leave the Fey-realm.

The Carnival was bought out, swindled or traded from the Duo Mr Witch and Mr Light to a Dragon by the name of [[character:Luanier]]. Though she only held the festival twice during her ownership.
