I checked the Silver Dragon's estate changed hands a few times in the 80 years since it fled, first person to buy it tore it up looking for treasure, when none was found, sold it to a pig farmer for cheap. 20 years ago a company called "The Lady's Fire" bought it and turned it into a forestry that primarily sells fire wood and fuel. What does this have to do with Theresia? She makes hefty weekly donations to "The Lady's Fire" and fast tracked funding and approval for an expansion of business 5 years ago but details are harder to find than the floor plans to the Gold Alliance's "secret" vault.
