Folklora are a species of sentient plant people that can be found all over Felwind and the surrounding planes in sparce numbers. You will find the often in environments related to their progenitor plant.
The most common Folklora are Fellora. What most people would probably picture when described a humanoid sentient plant person. Often resembling a flower as a head with vines, roots, stems and leaves making up the rest of their body. You can find more unique Fellora such as Cacti in the desert or sea-plants in or near bodies of water.

The nature of Folklora being so closely related to plants means they enjoy benefits and suffer the sort comings that any plant would. Being rather delicate in terms of constitution and easily susceptible to dramatic weather changes.

Folklora Sub Species
Fellora

The most common known of the Folklora people. Fellora are what most people would picture when told about a huminoid plant. Thier bodys tend to be made of plant matter however refined or rugged they may be. Some have roots for fingers while other petals or vines.
Most will have some sort of flower upon their head and more smaller blooms or fruit growing on their body. Some have a visible face while others do not. All these visual details depend on the plant the Fellora resemble. Flowers, fruits, roots and weeds are all suitable.
Their plant will also normally dictate their personality. Flowers are delicate soft spoken people normally becoming performers are artists, Fruits often become farmers or other labourers while Roots become smiths or engineers. Then various weeds will become thief or charlatans.
Treeant / Aboreal

By far the oldest known species of the Folklora, Treeant’s are known throughout history as being old and wise, Strong and sturdy. Most Treeant’s in Felwind spend their days living in thick forests, not ever making contact with the outside leaving most to believe they are just a myth.
However recently a new generation of Treeant's have been recorded. Referenced as 'Barkling' to differentiate them from the older generation. Barklings have been noticed to be rather the oppiset of a Treeant, they are courageous, fearless and even reckless. Trully a new generation they lack the memories that the treeants have so they must brave the world to learn the world themselves.
There have also been recorded Barklings resembling Cacti, often nearby or within desert landscapes.
Aboreal
It has also been seen that some Treeant't have fallen to some sort of Corruption. The type and level of corruption varies but common traits among the corrupted have lead to researchers giving them a sub-sub classification of Aboreal.
Myconoid

The classification given to the rather small sub-species. Resembling various vegtables such as carrots, potatos, califlower and varios other vegi-plants.
These people share the trait that they are all much smaller than other Folklora

Sentient Genius
The classification used for many monstrous plants. Creatures such as the now Extinct Sundew, the Shambling Mound, Death Blossom and other such violet sentient plants. Distinction was required due to the broad ideals when Folklora were first recognised as a people. Which turned many simple adventuring jobs of clearing out troublesome plants into assassination jobs overnight. The Laws were quickly amend with a new classification being “Sentient Genius” for those plants that fell outside the favour. Although controversial in some eyes it is how the law was made and has been accepted ever since.
