+Almost every piece of literature ever recorded on stone, parchment, wood and all other mediums has been duplicated and recorded in the books within the Library, every spell, every secret, every love letter. recorded and organized. \\
+This includes books of power
+each book is flame resistant but may still be burned with sources of magical flames.
+Spells recorded in a book may act as a spell scroll and follow the same rules once a spell scroll is used.
+the Library also contains a separate book for //almost// every being who has ever lived. these books record the like a story. some are written and completed as soon as the creature is born. some are only written as the creature acts in real time. and any measure of in-between. \\ These books are where the name //Fate's Weave// comes from, as the Library weaves the fate of everyone into words upon a book. if a creature were to change its fate the book will need to be edited but it is quite the dramatic event.

+===Encounter Mechanics===
+The library appears as a large mansion of sorts within the misty woods. The Mist is magical and too thick for players to work out all the details of the building, such as windows, floors etc. A player with access to true sight or high investigations checks may be able to decern the details of the building. \\
+All windows are shut and locked tight, Players are unable to open or break a window for passage. //The windows seem to have no hinges or locks to open. The rock simply bounces off the glass with no signs of damage.// \\
+Its impossible to see further than 3ft through the windows, a deep darkness restricting eye sight that can't be removed or seen through even with true sight.
+The main door is big enough to fit a colossal creature easily. the main doors are made of a red-wood. they do not catch fire and are magically reinforced however with enough force the doors may be damaged. \\ The main doors are locked.
