When the Spell-Plauge wracked its unimaginable destruction upon the realms one of the Primal powers fled to make their own realm, safe from the unquenching destruction. We call this today, Arcadia
If Celestia is a Holy justice, Arcadia is a free spirit.
The Realm of Arcadia is best described as and endless realm of nature, life and knowledge. here is where the Domain of Nature originates and spreads its power to the mortal realms, The elemental realms and beyond. Its power keeps the other realms in balance through existence alone. Much like the Old Gods the realm of Arcadia meare not do anything but exist for its influence to affect the other realms, keeping life flowing and filtering out taint and corruption.
Its not sure if Arcadia or the Feywilds was the progenitor as they both share many similar traits aside from thier core.
Arcadia is a realm of neutrality, peace, knowledge. beings here are party of the ecosystem.
But the Feywild is a Dimi-Realm of chaos. A place of whimsy, discord and twisted morals.
Mortals today do not know the true relation between the Feywild and Arcadia. some say the feywild is a sliver of the Realm arcadia cut off, like a chaotic growth being purged from the peaceful realm and found its way becoming attached to the mortal realm.
Others think that a powerful being fled the Feywild during the beginning age and created a new realm being Arcadia in its image but far less chaotic.
Arcadia is responsible for the protection of the elemental planes though its influence is rather passive each has been occupied by one of Arcadia's own.
Despite their responsibility Arcadia did not create the elemental planes.
Though Arcadia's philosophy is good in nature there are those among its ranks that want something more. and so a few would leave Arcadia and take up root within the Feywild trying to bring order to the chaotic Demi-Realm.
