 +Owner: Thomas - Doesn't sell much food, mostly drinks and snacks, used to have an arrangement with Tipsy Octopus which which had proper meals but limited drinks, they'd send customers to the other shop, booze them up and fill them with food or the other way around.

 +Dock workers Nate & Don mention that they overheard dock masters talking about an incoming shipment, something about confidential cargo as soon as they saw us nearby they moved somewhere else, it was odd, Nate thinks it's just a shipment for the army, Don thinks there's a conspiracy but admits he doesn't have enough pieces

 +An hour or so after the players enter the cheater returns claiming someone stole his winnings, Thomas pipes in maybe you left it at home again? a few laugh and the cheater leaves in a huff
