Overheard a pair of merchants complaining that the docks have lots of guards but roads are left unprotected from bandits, ships cost more but are more safe.

Dock workers Nate & Don mention that they overheard dock masters talking about an incoming shipment, something about confidential cargo as soon as they saw us nearby they moved somewhere else, it was odd, Nate thinks it's just a shipment for the army, Don thinks there's a conspiracy but admits he doesn't have enough pieces

An hour or so after the players enter the cheater returns claiming someone stole his winnings, Thomas pipes in maybe you left it at home again? a few laugh and the cheater leaves in a huff
