Dragon hunt
Forvon is a young green dragon living in King's Hold, Sunwood. She is a collector of fine art and owns an art gallery. Asking random people will get joking answers like “Check Forvon's gallery, impressive paintings there”, “The academy's library has records, no live dragons in Sunwood”

Charging 5gp per person for entry helps fund creation and acquirement of more art. She disguises herself as a noble human, many thieves have tried stealling from her but all have disappeared, her home has been taken by the expanding city, she's adapting to the times, don't make her regret her choice.
Notable / main features include

  • Tapestry of reweaving. This magnificent tapestry at first appears to display a scene depicting life in King's Hold. The threads giving it brilliant colors and incredibly fine detail. Expressions can be made out on the tiny faces of any people living nearby. Watching the tapestry closely reveals it is not an idyllic depiction of a time gone by. It is alive, threads shifting and reweaving itself. You see a couple walking into the gallery, looking over your shoulder you see the same couple paying for entry.
  • Grand painting. Located in the main entry this grand piece depicts a green dragon as it sleeps in a hidden grove amongst dense forests, leaning in to inspect the details you can hear the gentle stream of water and feel the calming breeze of cool air through the leaves. As you look over the dragon it's eyes are open and staring back at you. A blink of disbelief and you find it eyes closed sleeping again.
  • “Self Portrait.” This strange piece as you approach looks empty but as you stand infront of it oil paints seep from the sides mixing in the middle, after a minute you see a portrait of yourself, the detail is stunning it seems to highlight your features and dulls flaws while remaining realistic and faithful, stepping awat or looking away causes the paints snake back into the frame.
  • Knight Statue. This statue is an incredibly life like sculpture of a knight with unknown armour and sigils, he looks slightly upward, helmet tucked under his left arm and right hand resting on a sheathed sword, a plaque underneath reads “Bartholomew, Knight of Anera. Was found 200 years ago and was freed from petrification but spoke an ancient language, mages used spells to allow conversations, he spoke of Anera a now forgotten godess or queen, non-existant nations, and devastating war. Scholars estimated him to be from the Age of Darkness ~10,000 years ago. Bartholomew tried adapting to the new world but after a year asked to be turned back to stone, having lost everything but not wishing to die.”

Boots has been informed someone named Dance in Cros-glas, between Graycott and Sunwood spent time with Maleny but refuses to go anywhere where they can see the ocean. 10 day journey by foot, 7 by mount.

So called Boots and Blackfyre,
I know the Maleny you seek, she worked with the Blacklist and made a big name for herself during that time but 18 years ago suddenly disappeared as you may have figured out, no one except six people including me knows what happened. I cannot travel to Sunwood, too much water there. Meet me in Cros-Glas and I'll show you what happened. In return I ask you to make a delivery to a friend.
~Dance, the Wild Mind

Desert trail
10 days by foot, 7 by mount.
2 or 3 days will still be in the Golden Coast but rest of journey will be through the desert.

Approaching Cros-Glas the most notable feature is a tower, 3 to 4 stories tall, the remaining buildings made of stone but seem to only be half of their expected hieght. There are no walls around the town but the main road turns from a sand blasted path to a hard almost glass like road, reaching the buildings you find short stair cases leading down to full sized doors. The taller in your group easily see that the glass road leads to a pop up market place, stalls and carts litter the center of town.

Delivery
A small box wrapped in cloth and twine, with a sealed letter tucked between the twine. Delivery is for the Wizard Amonora, a female half-elf. Once delivery is done do please avoid her tower. She has a tower on the edge of town and makes threats towards the township and only helps for extortionate prices while also creating issues.

Dearest Amonora,
Please excuse my absence as of late, townsfolk have been keeping me busy. I hope the requested materials treat you well and I've included something special, hope it's enough to forgive me.
~Dance, the Wild Mind

Box is rigged with 7th level fireball (12d6) and a spell to turn non-organic material to sand.
Detect magic finds a combination of evocation and transmutation.
