Countries/ Nations

The Feywild is a chaotic plane of existence, Almost all of the Fey that call this place home scoff at the idea of 'Borders' and 'Nations'. Yet in such a Chaotic realm some are always going to rise in an effort to create order. One way or another.
Though over history only one nation of the Feywild still remains and it may remain yet longer still, Being separate from the main landmass the Arch-fey who rules over this nation has little to worry about disputes. more than ever a majority of this realm remains un claimed by any such border or flag. There are regions, territories, domains and cities to be sure but the only laws that bind the fey are the Feywild's laws themselves.

Feywild is the name of the Realm, While the landmass is referred too as Prismeer by denizens.

Hither & Thither refer to the east side and the west side of Prismeer originally segregated into the Seelie & Un-Seelie Courts. But over time the chaotic nature would blend these two types of Fey until they could be found all over the land. Hither & Thither still remain popular as a reference point.

Laws of the Fey

Despite being a realm of Chaos it is also a realm of whimsy. The Laws of this realm have been since it split off from arcadia Perhaps a remnant of its creation or the creators own decision.
Some would say that a realm of Chaos such as the Feywild having such powerful laws is ironic, and they would be right. But there are deeper reasons for these laws aside from keeping the realm violence free.

History

12294 - Florale Thorn War begins
Details of how the war began

12297 - Florale raids Thorn borders
Princess Adelina and Prince Amatheon of the Thorn Throne defect to la Cour Florale after la Cour Florale raids a Thorn Throne border and atrocities committed by the Thorn Throne are shown to the Princess and Prince.

12316 - Florale Thorn War ends
With death of King Magnus of the Thorn Throne and Prince Amatheon, the war between the two nations end. The Thorn Throne enters a state of unrest as there is no longer a clear line of succession, many fight for the throne and those who claim it only last a matter of months.

In the many years that followed many conspiracy theories arose, most unfounded and with little evidence include that the war was a result of the Nine Hells colluding with the Thorn Throne after its failed invasion of Mor-Thir. Others suggest la Cour Florale fabricated the war crimes committed by the Throne to further Orelander's personal goals. A recent but growing theory from Felwind simply points to the chaotic nature of the Feywild and nations trying to bring law to the realm fell to the Feywild's will toward chaos however the opposition suggests that it's ridiculous to claim the Feywild has a will of its own
