Around 5 years old they were playing hide and seek with the other urchins, trying to find a place to hide and in a panic Paik discovered their true self. Paik's life changed very quickly after this, as when the leaders of the urchin group found out they were scared of Paik, selling them to a local gang where they met Fate and Choice, Tiefling twins who were also new to the gang.\\

Choice agreed on one condition, don't kill the man who killed Fate, haunt him with Fate's visage, make sure he never forgets. Paik has a soft spot in their heart for Fate, one of their first true friends and their first permanent alter ego. At 16 Paik and Choice were trained to become bounty hunters. At 18 they bought their freedom from the gang. Paik and Choice still work together when and where they can but since leaving the gang Choice has taken a quieter life.

Reginald by all accounts is a kind hearted boy. Growing up he was taught to always be kind, caring, and respectful.\\
