Illiard Bexley, a human Weredragon was corrupted with Lycanthropy during a mission and since went rogue, fleeing Reton for the Promised Archipelago, transforming into a great dragon to do so.

The first sign of Illiard is found when the players make their way to a settlement in revolt; they butchered or persuaded the resident orcs to stand down and were subsequently confronted by a great Weretiger. They defeated the Weretiger, finding a note on his body. The note gave directions to a reward for his services, signed with the initials I.B. (Sholedzig)
