“Hurry Zyllis, We need to leave, now!”

Those words still haunt Zyllis's dreams at night. When everyone was fleeing Phlan, you choose to stay. Whether out of an emotional attachment, or pursuit of riches, you made the decision that would affect the rest of your life.

The Invasion of Zyllis's home land came without warning and the town was on the front line. The arimes of the Beholder trio known as Sharax, Vorg and Gomen invaded the moutain cities with tactics unmatched and soldiers born of twisted magic the human cities didn't stand a chance.
Zyllis was was 6 when it happened, his family slaughtered in the initial invasion as he cowered in a closet. alone and frightened something ignited inside him to survive. he watched as his once proud city was brought to beggar infested ruins. foreign monster soldiers marched the streets spitting on the once noble citizens that now line the streets.
Zyllis didn't give up so easily a burring revenge kept his soul striving for survival. he ran food and information trafficking to the small underground resistance in exchange for warm meals and safe places to sleep.
Food became scarcer for those without connections and to stay alive you bartered information to any interested party with food or gold to spare. Zyllis was good at what he did, and thought that maybe things could be better.

That changed when Zyllis was captured by the Tears of the Beholder Trio The Beholder's elite squad of soldiers. for selling secrets to those bent on overthrowing their Beholder lords. They locked Zyllis in the cells of Stojanow Gate. The first weeks he hoped to stay alive. As the weeks turned into months, and the interrogations continued he began to pray for death.

Zyllis's Capters grew tired of him, After doing unspeakable things for almost 12 months they decided they wouldn't be getting any more information out of him and tossed Zyllis down the drain as trash.
On the brink of death Zyllis was glade that it was almost over, yet something was holding him back, His Oath of Vengeance made to the God Valefor and a new voice, a dark voice from the outer realms whispering for him to get up. both these beings have seen their opportunity and come to offer Zyllis their services.
He dose not take one, Zyllis instead take both and so he became an harbinger of life and death, light and dark. to fulfill his oath to the God of Vengeance he has have sworn loyalty to an outer entity for power to quell all those that have wronged him.

Zyllis is a Warforged risen again as a Revenant with the main goal of taking revenge on the Beholder Trio and all those that would cause harm to the innocent, with the dark power of a warlock guided by the burning radiance of a Paladin Zyllis is a force to be reckoned with, immortal and unstoppable but will never attack with just cause or reason.

You know which will accept bribes, or look the other way for you. You can also seek shelter for yourself from authorities with other criminals in the area.

I go out of my way to frustrate or anger those in power.

I always plan everything out. The one time I let others plan things it did not end well for me.

I use any means to get information I need; I have been well taught.

My torturer survived the attack that set me free, I will find him/her.

Survival is worth more than friendship.
