Dwarf Independence
The Dwarven people have been around longer than most. They lay claim to the land long before flags were raise and borders were drawn. Most Dwarvern cities in Felwind fall into a special independence. Sudo classified as their own nation within Other nations. The rulers have little to no sway over a Dwarvern city and it will stay this way for evermore cause Dwarves are stubborn and sturdy and not likely to sway to the words of any other aside themselves.

What Remains of the Druegarr
The Dwarvern people taken to the Underdaek long ago. The stories go that they rose up and rebelled against their Ilithid captors. But as generations went on the Druegarr died off and now only hardly any remain if any at all.
