A nation in the Feywild claimed by its ruler. The land has been terraformed to create magnificent extravagant foliage at the cost of making some of the land infertile.
The Region La Court Floral claims as their territory and governs over.
Jardins was the victory in the twenty odd year long war with The Thorn Throne though you would not have guessed it.
The Kingdom is highly whimsical with the buildings and streets absolutely covered in all manor of extravagant flora, the closer you get to the palace the more intense the floral display becomes.
Most buildings in the city are created by weave words of magic into threes, causing them to grown anyway the weaver wishes, Normally into suitable houses for living and business.

Jardin's is ruled over by the Arch-Fey Oleander Petal Dragon also known as Nerium the Petal Dragon, She is often mistaken by newcomers as a flowering topiary.
While there is a throne she prefers to spend her time and host meetings and visitors within the gardens. She rarely speaks and when she does it's usually only a word or two, finding speech underwhelming and limited in expressing thoughts and emotions.
Though her nation and appearance are kind and beautiful, As with most Fey she is very selfish and ruthless. This was on full display during the Floral Thorn War where her tactics used were sinister and the most notable was her execution of prisoners, Taking Thorn Throne Prisoners to the mortal realm to execute them outside they Feywild so their souls would not return to the Feywild Cycle.
After the war she sacrificed her 'Own Land' to bring life back to the war-torn western side of Jardins by enacting taboo power and sucking the life force of the eastern side letting the land wither and fall into a undeath necrosis state.
She would also 'Bless' all her citizens with plant like growth, Converting them into Folklora or a hybrid of such. Its unknown if this was done willingly or forced.
