• A suitable user of this item can spend 1 minuet to reduce to spell-slot level requirement of one spell currently known by one creature the user can touch (Including Themselves) permanently.
• The Spell affected becomes a spell permenantly prepared by the target and no longer counts against the limited spells known by the creature.

Less of a potion and more a bottle of jelly. It takes mages of the utmost skill to utilize such a potion, Being able to handle, control and direct the power to re-write the laws of the arcane weave. We believe its only possible because the effect is isolated to the user alone. If it were to effect the spell for every caster as we know it surely Mystra would come down to put a stop to such Hericy.

Some mages look to advance their understanding of the arcane weave through years of training and study, while others spit in the face of Mystra and her rules.
