These are gonna be Hombrew Items specific to various subclasses that will alter how various features work. These will all be incredible powerful i think and should be used with caution when giving them to your players.

Ancestral Belt

A Belt of the Ancestral guardians long ago that you call upon for help, the belt has some empty notches were sigils or gems may go. when you find them they increase the effectiveness of this item

Lethal Ancestral Protectors
Your Ancestral Protectors now assist in damage when you hit a creature with an attack. Dealing an additional 2 D4 force damage when you hit a creature with an attack as your ancestral guardians attack in tandem. this damage increases to by 3d4 at 10th level and by 4d4 at 14th level.

Everlasting Spirit Shield
When you use spirit shield to defend another creature against an attack your spirit shield instead persists until the end of your next turn rather than fading after the initial attack.

Session with the Spirits
The spirits stick around with you longer as you are able to cast both available spells (Augry & Clavoriance) a number of times equal to half your proficiency modifier rounded up.

Shoulder Guard of Rage

Advanced Battle-Rager Armour
Rather than just spiked armour, Your barbarian gains access to the 'Thorned' Property for their equipment and proficiency in it.

  • Thorned Weapon: Deals an additional 2d4 piercing damage
  • Thorned Armour: Gives advantage against grapple checks and deals 2d4 Piercing damage to those who attempt to grapple or who are being grappled by you every turn
    • While wearing thorned armour you can use it as a weapon, a bonus action to make an unarmed strike that deals 2d4 piercing damage
  • Throned weapons and armour gain a additional D4 with each +1 enhancement.

Most Blacksmiths can create Thorned equipment, however unless a character is trained in it they are unable to be wielded by the common player.

More Reckless Abandon
You also Gain the temporary HP when you first enter a rage once per combat. and add your proficiency bonus to the Temporary HP gained when calculating. at 10th level you double your constitution bonus when calculating.

Battle Rager Bulldoze
you gain access to a special charge attack. when moving at least 10ft in a straight line you can commit to a charge attack moving all your additional movement in that same straight line. unless prevented by a wall or creature two size classes higher than you.

  • Creatures in your path make a dexterity saving throw (DC = 8 + Proficiency + Strength) taking 6d4 percing damage on a fail. This damage increases to 8d4 at 12th Level, 10d4 at 14th level
  • You can use this charge attack a number of times equal to half your proficiency bonus before a long rest.
