Also known as Void, a Endless expanse of Void energy to contain a miriade of the worlds most dangerous beings. at the center of it all are the Wardens called Quills.

The Quills are prisoners themselves, and the threat of them breaking free is what keeps all other beings in this dimension from acting out of line.

The Quills are held in the Void tree, a gigantic mechanical shape with 10 Prisons on each of its branches holding each of the 10 Quills.
Water constantly flows from the tree, deluging each of the quills to keep the fire inside them from igniting, keeping them in a sleep of sorts.
