The district just outside the northern gates, a poor area or wat others would call the slums of the city.

The General district. Many services such as smiths and Inns can be found here, its also where the general population of the city live. its on the south side of the river that runs through Aqi'Sumah

Seven's (Inn)

The most well known place for visitors and locals to get a feed, catch some entertainment then sleep off the night. Seven's is a long standing establishment run by a human of the same name. Sevens. He has run the place for several decades now and is getting up there in years. He has three (3) on staff that help with cooking, serving and cleaning.

General Store

Highly likely for settlements of all kinds. normally the supplier to the town as well as visitors. Stock may vary on the size of the settlement and its location in the world.

Blacksmith

Common for settlements to have at least one smith depending on their size. Smaller more isolated settlements may be lacking a blacksmith while anything of a 'town' (1000 to 10,000) or bigger is almost guaranteed to have one.
All smiths are able to carry out basic repairs and forge basic equipment but for more advanced services such as refinement, enchanting or upgrades or special materials you may need to check with the towns smith if they are capable of more advanced work.

The Port district of Aqi'Sumah is larger than most would expect. it ass the capacity to take in large grandian ships as well as small fishing boats. its also te gate way to the river that runs deeper into the region. though big ships are not suited for the river.

Nine's (Tavern)

On the port end of the city is a well known Tavern that's often the domain of port workers, sailors and the like. Not many Visitors come here. the district alone is very port industrial. only reason you would be coming here is for work or to look for trouble.
There is debate about the fact if the tavern is related to the Inn Seven's. The owner of Nine's is a gruff round Triton with the getup of a typical sallior and the attitude of one too. However he and his assistances make good food and better drink.

The Wide

The marketplace known as the Wide is located in the Upper-end district home to the patriars, the wealthiest citizens of Aqui-Sumah. Visitors to this district find streets illuminated by magical lights, luxurious boutiques, and expensive restaurants. The elegantly dressed residents treat poorer people with great disdain. The Upper City is truly a place of exclusive decadence; a nightly curfew means that those who don't live there must leave at nightfall each day unless they have a special token.

Almost anything can be found in the Wide. Vendors can operate here without official licenses and taxation, as long as their wares are legal. Even so, the Wide is not immune to corruption: hefty bribes and reputations determine where every vendor is situated in the marketplace.
