This otherwise normal torch has a Continual Flame spell cast on it. This causes it to shed light like an ordinary torch, but it does not emit heat or deal fire Damage if used as a weapon.

Reserches are not sure how this item came to be, offten the most simple of items have the starngest mechanics. however the theroy going around is that the tourch insted of burrning wood is burrning life force, very very subtely.
