Effect

• You invigorate up to three creatures within range with improved accuracy. Each targeted creature gains +1 to hit for all ranged weapon attacks they make.
  Additionally, targeted creatures may double the normal and long range of weapons they are wielding.

At Higher Levels

• When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 1st.
