Nyala
It is said with the birth of this high being was the day mortals suffered what we know as death. Through natural or not the Harvesters presence brought about the end of all mortal life, a cycle that will repeat and repeat and repeat and repeat forever until the dream is shattered and reality wakes from its succumbed slumber. A single orb amass a body of crimson cloak, dread drenched hands clutch a weapon , a tool , an end only meant for harvesting life and death alike. It oversees, patiently, unlike most its quite, unlike all it is patient, unlike none it hungers for it. For a chance, for life to start a new cycle on the ever turning face of time.
Presence in the Material Plane
A ancient and powerful relic said to be cut from Nyala's very body. to most a colourless mundane piece of fabric but to those who have been desecrated by breaks in the cycle it appears menacing, Pulsing, Bleeding, A pure reaction to something that has upset Nyala's very reasoning. These few may agitate the fabric to summon something mortals know as The Avatar of Death. A fraction of god is more power then a mortal will ever need.

Life and Death are part of the same cycle. Those that live are to die. Those that die return to the living there cannot be one without the other. There are few gods claiming domain over life and death, The grave and the living. But these are single parts of the Cycle. Even Gods live though they may not 'Die'.
The domain of the Cycle, The very idea that there can be life and that life is to die, death can lead to rebirth and new life can be born. Although many try and think they have succeeded in escaping death, They still reside within the Cycle and cannot escape the Dominion of this Old God.
In theory if this God were to be removed, Vanish, erased so would the Cycle. Those living will cease to live, those dead will cease being dead. Those born never have been. Those undead will have never lived to die. Decay would stop, Growth would halt. That would remains would be beings of instinct and energy. But far more interesting is what comes of those conceive or to be conceive in such a situation? i am afraid the outcome is far outside my mere mortal mind.
