You all appear in a small room, ears ringing, visions of orcs burned into memory, bodies aching from the fight. Dust drifts from your finger where the powerful rings once were. Regaining your senses you look around the room, beneath your feet an arcane circle slowly fading away, the wizard Owyn almost falls out of his chair but does lose his page in a hefty looking tome.
“Ah! You're back! and alive! Good good.” He turns his back on you and starts shuffling papers and quickly turns back holding forward a scroll. “Here, here. As promised, the deed.. and key! to the Tipsy Octopus, do whatever you wish with it, the building I mean, hold onto the paper and key.”

Tipsy Octopus
History: Once was a reputable bar that served seafood, too many complaints about food poisoning and ran out of coin to keep it open. I bought the place for cheap but shortly after was granted a position in the Academy so didn't need it in the end.
Where: You'll find it in the Tulip Downs district, near the border to Tulip Heights

Sunwood
Districts: King's Hold, Renfry (West Gate), Lilian (East Gate), Lambert (South Gate), Lotus Docks, Tulip Heights, Tulip Downs, The Sprawl, and the Slums
We're currently in Remon's Academy with the King's Hold
Torment of Claws: Nothing comes to mind, haven't come accross it in my works

Academy & Owyn

As you approach, you immediately notice the door ajar ever so slightly, enough that if walking by one would not notice but easily noticeable for anyone looking to enter.
Inside is a figure sitting in shadow on the far side of the room. “We should get the locks changed boss, old tavern locks won't do.” The half-elf man steps into the light, revealing fine leather armour, clean shaven and well kept gray hair, he extends a hand. “The name's Boots” A quick glance to his boots and they seem much more fancy than the rest of his armour and gear.

Boots
Name History 14 or high: You recall a story about a spy in his early days that was caught by a nobleman, they couldn't pin anything on him except trespassing during a party, as punishment he was forced to strip down to just his boots and made to walk home.
Name History 13 or less: He must like fancy boots, must be the reason
Name Ask: “You haven't heard? I like good quality boots, if you're going to be in them all day everyday they have to be nice, that's what I tell the new recruits.. Truth is a bit more embarrassing, remind me over a drink and I may tell.”

Rumours/Intel
During an adventure or in the lead-up to one, you can spend some money and collect some rumours about the quest you’re about to go on. The cost is 100 gp per establishment level.
Gold goes into equipment, bribes, documents, people, etc.
