All planes are contained within the Astral Sea a world between worlds where souls and demi-planes are lost to time and space.
Outer circle: Ethereal Planes, the upper planes follow good, while the lower tends to evil, likewise left most are lawful while right most are chaotic in nature.
Inner circle: Elemental Planes

Power always sways and changes, beings however powerful still have a true primal order of power above all else
