Oddo is in his mid 70s, and uses a sword as a walking stick, he has many scars and is disgusted at any that isn't Human, Elf or Dwarf thinking anything else as a lesser race, he was a large influence on the downfall of Tieflings and Dialias in Reton, he knows of Federic's work to hide them in Greyhawk and harms him whenever possible, He lives with his son in West Watch but travels between West Watch and Mulburg frequently

Nygell is strong with lots of combat experience but follows his father blindly executing orders and keeps a tight control over the Hollow Cliffs, so much so that it's almost under quarantine and media black out, anyone of Tiefling or Dialias decent found in the region are often killed onsite or go missing and those who speak kindly of them “go missing” for months at a time
