Mundane
This item is a Mundane magic item, No special properties or details.

Titles are very special labels that characters can obtain in a multitude of ways. The are normally given out when a character has done a major event such as saving a kingdom, saving the whole world, rescuing an ancient being, Conducting the truest of vile acts, Burning down nations etc.

They are only ever to be handed out by the GM when they feel an event or action warrants it.
You may find a few Key characters that have unique titles, Take Note; when a character is always introduced as 'The Risen' or 'The Conqueror' that probably means that's a title and the character in question has some abilities above others.

While each character can earn multiple Titles, Unless otherwise stated only one title's power can be active at a time. A Title never requiers attunement. to change a Title's power it takes an Extended Rest (7 Days)

Titles are also official in Role Play and World lore, Characters can introduce their characters names accompanied by their titles and it may hold additional weight depending on the characters they are talking to.
Introducing yourself as 'The Hero Of Reton' to the leadership of Reton is probably gonna demand a bit of respect.

Titles of Power are not created Equal. Some Provide strong bonuses, others could transform the creature entirely. Some titles can be accepted while others are forced upon the owner. No matter the result a title can be an important part to a characters story.
