Xelor

Xelor is tall, dark, and handsome with a well-built physique that exudes an air of high society sophistication. At first glance, he appears to be a perfectly refined humanoid, but closer inspection reveals his monstrous nature. His face is covered by a 'mask' resembling an insect, with antennae and a mane of moth fuzz that resembles orange flame. This mask can twist, writhe, and open up into a fearsome sight of blackness and teeth. Large moth wings sprout from his back, often draped like a cloak or cape. Most of his physical body is hidden beneath fine clothing. He embodies a sense of dark mystery, often appearing humble and reserved while hiding his true, terrifying nature. those who have seen beneath report a murky black elemental energy that mimics a insectoid humanoid form similar to a Thri-Kreen.

Greedy and Possessive, Driven by his insatiable greed for rare and unique items, Xelor has amassed a massive personal collection of trinkets from all over the realms, Including people such as his wife and Children being part of his collection.
His personal museum; Known as A Moth's Collection, houses a majority of these treasures, each one a testament to his greed, lust, and love of others exorbitant decadence.
Though he plays his part well being mostly seen as proper and sophisticated he has no issue showing off his wealth, power and status. Often attending many a fine establishment for parties, events or other high socicity gatherings. He will always take a woman he deems worthy to these events which has been Annabell up until recently where he has been seen with an Aarockocra woman and even another woman of Raven black wings. Its here were he sizes up the competition making sure he is at least the most important figure in the room. If not then he will make plans to become even more than he is, One way or another.
He will often attend auctions as well. Brining along a pretty lady to distract the other bidders as he claims anything and everything that peaks his interest.

Despite his playboy actions Xelor cares deeply for his imminent family. His wife and the children he has had with her are extremely spoiled and very well protected. His love and affection for them is genuine and intense.
This love and affection does not extend to his other mistresses or the children he has fathered with them outside of 'Child Support' Payment to the parents depending on how many children there are.

His family and collection aside Xelor finds quiet comfort with his music. Not as musically attuned as he once was but he will still be found during the quiet times of the week filling the house or his museum with a barrage of twisted dark orcastra music. Calling upon the shadows he has claimed as band members and heading the entire performance with his loving Cello. His deep appreciation for music never wavered despite him being less and less known for it. the rhythmic tunes and controlled sounds a soothing contrast to his chaotic existence, But with Family now in his life they have become another source of soothing controlled existence.

Its unknown exactly where or how Xelor came to be. Not even he knows for sure. Aside from his Insectoid-esk form there is very little ties back to his existence before the Un-Seelie King. He arrived in the Feywild like a nightmare in the night shortly after the 'Death' of the previous Un-Seelie King thousands of years ago. Though his appearance was dramatic his actions were not. Most mortals would see such an event as the rising of a new age but for the Fey this was simply part of its cycle. The Feywild needs its Seelie and Un-Seelie balance and with the rise of a new Un-Seelie king balance was once again restored.
Xelor found a place for his purpose and carved out a small domain in the northern area of Thither. Just north of the Wailing Woods.

He quickly gained the name of Shadow Dealer by the other Fey. As he would often offer his powerful services in exchange for shadows. Most Fey these days will barter or trick mortal visitors out of their shadows so they can offer them to the Un-Seelie King in exchange for favor or services.

Retired Warlock Patron
Technically Xelor is an Arch-Fey. THE Arch-Fey, One of the pair that hold unofficial power over the Feywild. And with this power he has ample to supply to others seeking it. Xelor once acted as a Patron But soon after his Eldest son was born he passed that Domain and the power it had onto him, Ezekiel. Granting him the title Prince of Desires.

Shadow Symphony
Before Xelor started an honest family he was known to perform vast twisted ballads in other realms. Fey had grown wise to these performances being a way for the Shadow Dealer to steal their shadows for themselves. So Xelor would travel to other realms to carry out his performances, acquiring a vast amount of shadows for his power. But once he had children he cared for these ballads would cease for the public and now he only performs them alone for himself when the vibe is right. He still performs on his Cello often especially for his wife Annabell but these are honorable loving performances. not a trick.

Claiming the Queen of Oxtrad
It was not planned or even really ever thought about. Up until the Silver Dragon Annabell came to his feet practically begging for release from her duties as Queen of Oxtrad. When she sought to rid her life of duty, to escape her contract with the Crown, It was the Un-Seelie King Xelor who answered.
The Queen was a fine beauty. No probably one of the most beautiful woman in all of Felwind at least if you were into the overly exaugurated assets and the idea of a 7ft woman didn't have you nervous. The idea of pleasurable company for Xelor had yet to pass the 'One-night Stand' phase right up until he saw her.

The Queen explained her situation and the opportunity she had been presented. She was tired of her life and had little resolve left to fight another war for change. Instead she had made peace with a cowards way out. She asked for a deal.
Xelor made his wants and Demands known. To be husbanded and wife, Lovers, grow a family and be only his until the end of time, If she would agree to these terms he promised a life forever of comfort, love, abundance, decadence and of course luxury. a line he made clear.
“You will never have to want for anything ever again, But i want you to always want more, Fall into a pleasurable life of greed, lust and gluttony, sloth and pride and it may well be never enough. if you are willing to allow yourself to be overrun with sin and play the part of Greedy dragon over fearless leader then I can indeed break your pact with the crown and we shall leave for the 'Feywild.' Together.”

Xelor for the first time in a long time had another being with him for more that just a quick fix. Xellor first saw Annabell as merely part of his collection though as the years went on he became more infatuated with this particular collection piece.

Xelor’s collection is stored in his personal museum located within the City of Glass. Its a place filled with rare and unique artifacts from across the realms. This museum is a reflection of his greed and possessiveness, with each item meticulously curated and displayed.
There is a direct magical link between his home and his museum for ease of access. Though his museum is locked up tight and closed off there remains a ticket booth outside. Paying gold you will recive a ticket for entrance to the museum however the doors remain closed. Locals know it as a simple scam.
Xelor is a powerful being whose twisted nature and insatiable greed make him a formidable villain. His refined exterior masks a dark and monstrous core, and his collection of rare and unique items, including his wife, stands as a testament to his lust for power and control.
