Welington was the name given to the Silver Dragon's first and only child. To better incorporate into Mortal Society Annabell Welington was the name given to her.
Though Annabell was once Queen of Oxtrad none of her children are rightful successors due to the leadership laws of Oxtrad. But rules can be changed and whoever takes the throne next may see fit.

Is currently imprisoned in eternal torment far far far bellow the depths of Oxtrad's capital. close to the borders of the Underdark.

Her hatred for the mortals waned as the war went on. wishing a peafcul end rather than to keep fighting. But there would be no peace as the dragons were cased away.
She disappeared while Civlethrip was still a wyrmling its unknown where she is today.
