History
The fall of the Usermaatre took place between 8700 and 8900 in a war known as the Dragon Crisis in which the Kingdom of Covania was formed and defeated the dragons.

Leaders
The Usermaatre had five leaders who remained unchanged since the formation of the collective, at the front was Ozymandias King of Kings. The remaining four ruled over select regions, Arrissith Queen of the Coast, Qavros King of the Desert, Opalith Queen of the Jungle, and Brovarria King of the Mountains.
Ozymandias, King of Kings, it is unknown what happend to Ozymandias, many theorise that after the fall of the Usermaatre and fleeing this ancient red dragon either died or fell into a deep slumber, others contend that the death of such a powerful and acient dragon would be felt throughout the world even if none were around.
Arrissith, Queen of Coast was an ancient amethyst dragon, she died in 8825 as the nation of Covania found its foothold in her region. Scholars debate whether the Golden Coast was named as a result of her hoard of wealth or the natural beauty of the region's beaches.
Qavros, King of Desert was at the front of the final attack, the ancient blue dragon managed to fend of the first two volleys of defenses, causing substantial damage but quickly fell after. Tactians who have reviewed what reports remain of the attack say that if Opailth and Ozymandias continued the attack there was a high chance they would have won but suspect morale of the Usermaatre couldn't handle the additional loss.
Opailth, Queen of Jungle was the last leader to die,2) seeing the death of Qavros and Ozymandias preparing to flee, the ancient green dragon was said to have stopped attacking and accepted her fate by crashing into a tower, others report that her wing was damaged causing the crash and Ozymandias fled after that.
Brovarria, King of Mountains was the first leader to die. The ancient silver dragon learned of a trap to kill a young dragon, thinking that simply showing up and knowing the plot would cause it to fail. Brovarria was mistaken as new tactics and weapons were used to slay him, causing a demoralising and sobering fear amongst the other dragons.
