Within the mountains of Ashlem Rise behind the ruins of Nabelhime lay the Great Forge Temple. Smiths of all kinds including The Fire Giant's of Nabelhime lived and worked in this mountain Forge under the guide of Volkanus.
The temple’s walls, encrusted with veins of ore that glitter in the firelight, have witnessed the rise of the greatest smiths and artisans in history. These hallowed halls have endured sieges by envious warlords, resisted the corruption of arcane usurpers, and have been sought by countless adventurers eager to harness the divine power housed within its molten core.

Before the invation of Nabelhime the city would provide them with the necessary resources and the smiths would craft items no regular smith could dream of.
It was here that the first and seemingly only Clay Warforged were birthed.

The teachings say that the Forge was forged itself with The First hammer wielded by Volkanus himself.

The fire Giants avid followers of the Foregfather Volkanus.

Today the Forge lays mostly dormant, As if waiting for the Giants to return and breath fire back into the mountains of Nabelhime.
Its not known where the Giants went, But they disappeared only hours before the invasion. The mortal smiths that remained have kept the forge hot and worked to build new feats where the giants had left.
Thought he city fell the Forge in the mountains remained steadfast. Although the Giants left the Forge those that remained kept it alight in Volkanus Name.

Generations of High Priests, from Dranak to the present, have safeguarded the temple’s secrets, ensuring that the techniques of divine forging are passed down only to those deemed worthy. As disciples of Volkanus, they believe in the sanctity of creation, seeing the act of forging as a prayer and the anvil as their altar. Here, metal is not merely shaped; it is imbued with the essence of the forge, crafting artefacts that are as formidable in battle as they are revered in legend.
Those that live at the forge remain humble, The ruins of Nabelhime a reminder throughout the generations of smiths. As holy ground for the God of Forge a small tight community has called the Forge home for generations. Priests and profets preaching the Forgefather's 3 commandments every day.

Chronicles of Volkanus
Great stone slates inscribed with Volkanus's feats and several stories. Its said that the slates were made from the very first ore pulled from the earth.

The first Hammer
One of if not the most important artifact for followers of Volkanus. Kept well guarded but in view of all those who wish to pay their respects and pray to their God.

Dormant Warforged
One of the Giant's clay warforged remains in its casting, Sleeping in the fiery heat of the forge. As the Giant's were branded heretics leaving the forge and so Volkanus's guide the Warforged has been set off limits to the ForgeFather's followers.
Its location now under threat as the Undead yet to live begins its march to claim the empty shell as its own.
