If a creature is hit with this this weapon brining it to 0 Hit points they must make a charisma saving throw DC=00, On a fail their soul is ripped from their body and absorbed into the sword with no Death saves rolled. If the creature succeeds they carry out death saves as normal.
A creature that fails their save cannot be brought back to life save a wish spell. and does not go to the afterlife.

Thy Flesh Only
The blade is omnipresent giving it the dreadful ability to strike its foes despite their mundane protections. The Blade phases through Non-Magical armour and shields alike, ignoring the AC of a target.
Magical armour, Shields, Items and Spells that increase AC behave as normal while AC increases due to racial abilities or Class abilities are ignored also. The blade may also strike its target on parallel Demi Planes or Ethereal planes.
