Description

A large tower on the shores of Reton in the Eroded Archipelago, Dull turquoise in color like seaweed, glistening in the sunlight as if its walls were drenched in water. archway windows equally placed on each floor as the tower slowly tapers up to the very top in a point.
sea life gathers around the base of the tower depending on the tide the entrance may be in the ocean or on the sand.
A gift from an Old god many millennia ago.

The tower is an academic location, a place for studies of pact magic and other darker sides of the arcane. it teaches the anatomy of monstrosities such as Beholders and Aboliths, and most commonly the study of magical items.
The spire is filled with all sorts of research and resources.

Bellow ground level is strictly prohibited to all visitors and students. there are rumors' you can hear horrible sounds of the deep ocean and the wailing cries of unfortunate victims who trespass. a great beast of the sea guards the towers lower depths from those who wander.

The spire is said to pierce through the fabric of reality, Stretching into several other dimensions, many doors act as gateways to other Sea Spire's in alternate dimensions.
No one knows just how deep the rabbit hole goes, not even the master of the tower.

With declining student numbers as well as more pressure from the Reton Empire. The Sea spire sets to cease its operations as a proper place of learning.
The tower will remain open as a public Space though the entrance to the lower floors will be magically sealed and the tower will be cleared of all valuables aside from learning equipment.
The Master of the tower has expressed her desire to move on to a new chapter of her life. Her life has changed dramatically, Now a mother she wants to take on a more safe and secure roll in the world. Hoping to enroll at Remon's Academy soon after the closure of the Sea Spire is finished.

Location

A Common misconception is that there are more than one Sea Spire. Adventurers and the like tell of seeing more than one in their travels, located in the eroded arcapeligo and in other nations as well as in other dimensions.
But infact they are all one, merely appearing where ever is suitable so that all may study the arcane.

It is not yet known if the sea Spire is in a self contained pocket dimension that bleeds into other realities.
Or if it ignores the laws of time and space.

Only the master truly knows.

Student run Adventuring Store
There is a store run by Students located on the ground floor as well as an information desk and two sets of stairs leading up and down.

The Students here sell sea/oceanic themed items, ingredients for cooking such as fish and Squid, materials for casting spells, special themed magic items and various other equipment, such as tools to preserve food and supplies to stave off rust from the salt water.

Operation
The Spire acts as a place of study, open to students and scholars all hours of the day, classes are held at dawn and dusk for 4 hours.

Government Deals
Such taboo topics, such dark arcane people would be expected to wonder how the Spire operates so freely under the rule of the royal congogermant? The answer being rather simple, as most rumours will confirm the Master of the Spire and Reton's leaders have reached some sort of agreement. the details are completely unknown but anyone and everyone will say that it can't be good news.
