Twin Brother to Galatea they spend alot of time together they even share a room, Cerulian seems to lack the empathy that Rai has for nature and rather throws thngs together without any regard to just see what happens. he gets into trouble alot and his behaviour is a bit concerning to his parents. but he is extreamly helpfull with chores and repairs but what he gets up to in his alone time is worrying.
