Outlawed
From 12286 to 12335 Tieflings, Dragonborn, Aasimar, and Changelings were outlawed within Mor-Thir as a result of the Ashlem War, in 12335 this was changed to only Tieflings being outlawed as Blinding Spear took the blame, making the remaining members outlawed however were unable to clear Tieflings because of their demonic heritage.
These Species of people can be found all over Felwind in various rarity. Some as common as humans and Elves in general, others rare and isolated to certain parts of the world. But all are considered a people by all forms of government and leadership in Felwind and these species have little issue with integration into society and should not expect any abnormal levels of discrimination.
Despite the varying levels of rarity of these people all are rather common knowledge to the generally educated and their story on how they came to be is no mystery. Hell-Spawn have lineage ties to the Hells, Aasimar have linage ties to Celestia, Dragon-Born have Linage ties to Dragons etc etc.
Thier cultures are well documented and the people are well known, Though Aasimar or Goliaths may be very rare nobody would doubt they exist.

This race consists of a Varity of aquatic based people, Sea-Elves, Mermaids and some other more exotic specimens. Triton have one main settlement in Felwind, A Grand underwater city off the north-east coast of Promise that's bigger than some of the capital cities in Mor-Thir. Almost all Triton call this underwater city home. You will find many Triton in costal positions as ship crew, harbor hands or simple fishers.
In many parts of the realms Monstrous species of people are seen as dangerous, or savage by the general population. This isn't to say all areas and people show discrimination but its far more common than treatment of more recognised species. Monstrous people are well known by most generally educated people but typically only a surface level, A racial understanding of all the negative things these monstrous people are known for spread through rumours or children's stories. Their Culture is well documented and researched but the general population often only hears of the bad things.
A wide birth is given when walking past them in the street or outright abuse depending on who crosses your path. The Monstrous people must take extra steps and work extra hard to push past bigotry and make a name for themselves.
Normally when they do their story spreads like wild-fire and acts as a beacon for others to show that change is possible.

Much like Goliath, Lizard-Folk are an Islander based species. Their culture and traditions have not evolved much despite the world around moving forward. This doesn't make them savage or slow by any streach of the imagination. Their stubbornness has kept their people strong and sturdy. Species of people that are incredibly rare in Felwind and the surrounding planes. These people are too rare to have any stereotypical feelings by the common people thrust onto them. They may not be considered citizens by all Government's or leaderships however they are so strange and rare that people do not discriminate them as they would a monstrous species but rather caution is given to the unknown. In this world where there are so many different creatures and people to experience a new type of face is often given the benefit of the doubt despite any caution that may be on display.
Exotic species don't have much of their culture or history documented, Their people are rare or new to the world and it would be understandable if people didn't believe they existed and can even be sceptical when confronted with flesh, blood or mechanical proof. Even their creation is not fully known but some are easier to guess than others such as the Genasi being the spawn of Genie and mortal blood. Though others might not be conceived via normal means and may have been created such as the Awoken or Warforged.

Loxodon also known as 'Elephant-Folk' are almost unheard of in Felwind and the realms around. Their Homeland was lost long ago but the Gods of Mount Celestia took pity and offered them along with the 'Leonin' Refuge in their realm.
Their kind has spent many millennia living at the base of Celestia. They are known as gentle giants. Often humming or chanting in sonorous tones together, Loxodon being closely associated with Elephants are not known for their speed or urgent. They work mostly as Scholars watching and recording the events of other realms so as to prevent the destruction of their home land from repeating.
Some Loxodon survived that destruction but did not seek refuge from the Gods, Instead beginning survival on their own terms.

The Fey are People who normally come from the Feywild or Arcadia, Typically all are magical in nature in one way or another, Living plants, Strange animal creatures, Fairies and other creatures coming right out of a story book. Their culture and philology is only understood on the surface level, People of whimsy and chaos, Strange creatures normally with morals that seem cruel to most other species.
They are typically split into two classifications, Sellie and Un-Sellie, Determining which fey 'Court' they fall under. While this classification should not be mistaken for 'Good & Evil' it is true that Sellie Fey are normally more recognisable and approachable while Un-Seelie Fey may be more monstrous and hazardous to others.
the mortal species believe in Fey as chaotically as they Fey themselves. Some parts of the world have Fey living among mortals as common as a sunrise while other parts of the world would swear on their grave that Fey do no exist and every level of belief in-between.
Fey are special as they fall outside the Domain's of the Pantheon. No Gods amongst Celestia hold proper claim or power over the Fey People. Its rare to find these paths cross such as a Fey who has become a Cleric.

People who come from the Astral Sea or beyond. The Rarest of people among Felwind. Off-World people do not have any history or culture within the mortal realms, What ever scraps that is known is told through ancient un-explained ruins or from word of mouth. Expeditions to explore the Astral Sea are low on the priority list for many scholars, as the cosmology of the realms is vast and there are many questions that can be answered with closer, safer journeys still.
Alien Species, Born on far off worlds or created from star-dust in the vast void of the Astral Sea. The Off-World people are proof that life can be created without the aid of higher power. At least not direct aid.
The few interactions mortals have had with the Off-World people have yet to reveal any substantial knowledge, Some do not speak at all and rather communicate telepathically. Its yet unknown if the Off-World people pose a threat or come in peace but one thing is for sure, If they were to walk around a mortal plain they would draw attention like nothing else see before. Or they may come full circle being so openly overt it becomes covert and such a strange creature is rather passed of as a random monster or species of people that have undergone a mutation becoming nothing more than an odd creature rather than an entirely knew species.

Intelligent monsters that are either too isolated in their culture, Too hostile to other species or otherwise just don't work in normal towns as a humble citizen. Things such as true dragons, Ilithids, Abolith, Hags and all manor of creatures that are just as if no more intelligent than the average mortal but cannot be part of normal mortal society.
Many Progenitor species simply want to be separate from mortal society or rather play games with them for amusement. Many Dragons think themselves as higher beings to mortals and will often disguise themselves to 'Mingle with the Commoners' so to speak.
Other creatures such as Aboliths or Ilithids are so hyper intelligent their very being has become a God-Complex, believe themselves as to stand on equal power or further above the Pantheon. In the Abolith's case it was true at one point they ruled over the realms before the Patheon came to be.
Other creatures such as Revenants, Vampires and other Undead, as Intelligent as the living mortals they once were but thier choices have turned them into creatures to fear.
All the Progenitor creatures are just as if not more intelligent than any mortal and so can be contact for trade, convocation, education or general socilizing…on paper at least. It would be foolish to not show proper respect to any of these creatures should you find your paths cross. being cultural creatures some clean words may save you from loosing your life, Something not possible with an angry wolf or hungry zombie.
