12335 → , Tieflings are the only outlawed race.
12285 → 12335, The outlawed races contained Tieflings, Dragonborn, Dialias, Aasimar, and Changelings.

The outlawing of the races was introduced in Covania and Oxtrad during 12286 after the Ashlem War (12264 → 12285) where in demonic forces such as lesser and greater demons along with feral tieflings invaded the Ashlem Rise, a mountain range on the border between Covania and Oxtrad. After the war peoples and government pinned the blame of half demon races such as Tieflings and Changelings but quickly grew to include demon like races such as Dragonborn and Aasimar. The discovery of a previously unknown demonic race called Dialias was discovered during the war was added to the list.

Five years later in 12291 the outlaw was introduced to Reton, where many of the outlawed from Covania and Oxtrad fled.

On the first Monday of Frostmoot 12335, Zyllis and the past memebers of Blinding Spear took responsability of the demonic invasion during the Ashlem War, as such the leaders of the Royal Conglomerate amended the outlawing to solely include Tieflings, absolving Dragonborn, Dialias, Aasimar, and Changelings from the outlawing

Tieflings were the race primarily effected by the outlawing, shortly after it was introduced most fled from their homes those who stayed rarely survived to flee, many fled to Reton after the 12286 introduction, they stuck together forming their own communities and districts within towns and cities.

After the 12291 introduction in Reton many communities were slaughtered those who survived managed to flee further South to Greyhawk Forest and Eroded Archipelago where authorities rebeled against the capital in secret keeping the outlawed that came off the record but the Empire discovered the fact but had no proof and ability until the Duke of Whitkin was assassinated removing their protection.

In 12335, Tieflings became the only remaining outlawed race after the actions of Zyllis.

A mainly solitary race and already scattered managed to flee or embed themselves in Lizardfolk communities trying to use them as a disguise and cover. A few groups exist in remote areas away from political influcence accross Mor-Thir but they are few and far between.

Changelings an already a rare race were able to use their abilities to hide from authorities and more or less continued their lives, those who were found were discovered when trying to help or smuggle other outlawed out of danger.
