A very well known and popular tavern frequented by locals and visitors alike. The previous owner Jack, sold the Tavern to go on a journey of self healing after tragically loosing the love of his life.

The Dog's Bowl is now owned and run by one of Black List's Newest informative, Jellal.

To an ordinary visitor, Jellal keeps up a friendly and welcoming face, serving drinks and food and providing a place to rest a while. Creating an environment with no room for suspicion, the tavern remains a popular destination for locals and visitors. Black list members can stay and drink here on discounted prices. They can also receive information from Jellal through a secret code he had invented using a deck of cards which he hands to them when serving .

Tavern is open every night from 7pm till 2am
