These 4 Demon lords were killed at the end of the Ashlemwar and have not been replaced.
Hell has gone through a dramatic change now that 4 of the most battle hungry demon lords are gone. Things are much less savage and more of a functioning but extreamly corrupt society in certain circles.
The General Hell
Circle 1: Top layer
Classic Hell. Fire, brimstone, nothing but red rock, lava and demons constantly fighting as far as they eye can see.
This Circle is a ruse and commonly referred to as For the tourists by the other demon lords
Pre Ultimatum Period
Hell was a barren wasteland of nothing but lost souls. Demonic creatures and fire. Hell had one almighty ruler. A demonic Dragon God of untold power.
Ultimatum Period
The Dragon God puts 9 sources of power within hell for the demon spawn to fight over. Those that claim this power will be called lords.
Post Ultimatum Period
Hell is split into 9 circles and each lord gets its own. The Dragon god goes into a slumber and Hell as we know it commonly begins.
