Greyhawk Keep

On the 3rd Thursday of Firemoot 12235 Carric's Keep came into existence at the same time as Carric drew the card from the Deck of Many Things before he died shortly after along with the knowledge of the location of the keep. The keep is located one days travel south of Sabresteel and the another half day to the West into Greyhawk Forest.
The keep itself is surrounded by a thick magical wall made of live trees, as the keep expands so do the trees never running out of safe space to build inside the keep, on initial finding there was a group of goblins that had setup camp inside, one goblin different from the rest has self appointed him self as Caretaker Torm.
On the 4th Thursday of Harvest 12235 Carric's Keep was offically renamed to Greyhawk Keep.
Since the arrival of Lus, Belseth and the community of Tieflings and Dragonborn from Whitkin the Keep's grounds have expanded into a small village and is slowly attracting more residents.
Notable Residents
Torm, Caretaker Torm is a goblin that was found at the keep with a small tribe of other goblins that had setup camp, Torm unlike other goblins doesn't like violence and wants to further his knowledge and love of gardening.

Heleste, After his shop and home were destroyed he travelled with the group for a short time before deciding it was too dangerous and went to set up in the Keep.
Lus & Belseth. Lus is a changeling and was once the De facto leader of the outlawed community in Whitkin and now is helping build a new town around Greyhawk Keep along side with Belseth, her dragonborn bodyguard and advisor.

Demesne Effects
Druid2) Nuts, fruits, and vegetables grown naturally (i.e., not farmed or cultivated) in the druid’s demesne grant those who eat them the effect of goodberry. If taken outside the demesne, they lose this effect.
Paladin3) Clear blue skies and warm sun dominate year-round. Rain falls only at night, and thunderstorms avoid the area.
Barbarian4) Poisons brought into the barbarian’s demesne neutralize within the hour. No such cowardly “civilized” forms of death are permitted.
